Description:
In this role, you will learn, use, and support Forward Kitchens’ product and build your expertise in solving challenging technical problems. Your goal is to provide impeccable customer service quality so clients continue to use our product year after year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solving complex customer problems using your product knowledge
- Understanding and identifying the root cause of the customer’s problem through insightful questions
- Working alone and avoiding live customer interaction
- Analyzing, writing, or debugging source code
Job Requirements:
- Taking ownership of support incidents and using all available resources and knowledge to resolve them
- Delighting customers at the quality of service provided for their support inquiries
- At least 2 years of professional customer support experience
- Ability to work US hours (always) and on weekends (when necessary)
