Responsibilities:
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and progress of each vacancy up to date. Have ownership for the input of key recruitment KPI’s and support with regular people reporting needs so we have access to accurate data.
- Supporting the HR team in ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion practices are adhered to and are forefront in the hiring process.
- Be the first point of contact and the bridge between hiring managers and HR team to ensure an efficient process is maintained from interview to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent with a passion for HR/Recruitment.
- Experience of working in a recruitment function either in a recruitment agency or an inhouse talent/recruitment role.
- GCC market experience, strong understanding of the needs and nuances of the regional market.
