Job Responsibilities:
A- Supervising and monitoring all related tasks of the Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities of the BHS and Material Handling System in line with workflows (MAXIMO), QMS, HSE plan and related Standard Operating Procedures.
B- Ensure technical issues are resolved in a timely manner for any operational impact in terms of the processing of bags and technical solutions.
C- Ensure smooth cooperation with BHIS Engineers to overcome any anomaly of the BHS.
D- Allocation of daily manpower according to work orders, generating the maintenance reports and troubleshooting of any mechanical/ electrical anomaly.
E- Provide technical expertise to ensure/increase the quality of services.
F- Control and crosscheck accuracy of the daily checks performed by the Technicians and upload the summarized report in MAXIMO.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
B- Minimum 5 years of Baggage Handling System (BHS) experience with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, technical troubleshooting of BHS assets.
C- Proven experience and skills in leading & managing a team of technicians.
D- Understanding of MAXIMO module “Work order Management” is required.
E- Experience in reviewing, analyzing the Operational Processes, Documentation and Manuals for improvements and enhancement.
F- Good awareness of quality and safety procedures.
