Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer requirements As a team, together with our account executives, you will discuss with customers what challenges currently exist and develop optimal solutions.

• Customer presentations In the form of customized presentations, you present Dynatrace as a solution to the customer. The focus is on demonstrating the added value for the customer.

• Proof-of-concept Together with our customers, you carry out onsite and online proof-of-concepts. During the planning phase, you create a project plan with success criteria, which forms the basis for the customer’s purchase decision. When carrying out the POC, you also work directly with customers to prove the set success criteria directly on the customer system. The development of a technical champion on the customer side also plays an important role.

• Responsible for answering technical aspects.

Qualifications:

• Communicative personality

• Team Player

• Experience in dealing with customers (e.g. consulting)

• Ability to work on several projects in a structured manner at the same time

• Dynatrace is must

• Practical experience in the DevOps environment (min. 3 years) in one of the following areas:

• Software development (e.g. Java, .NET or GO & JavaScript, CSS, etc.)

• DB knowledge

• Quality assurance (e.g. unit testing, last test, performance tests, etc.)

• Operations (e.g. infrastructure management, ticket handling, log analysis, troubleshooting, etc.)

• Experience with containers and virtualization (e.g. Kubernetes, VMware, etc.)
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
