Job Responsibilities:
- Secure financial targets of the business unit through recurrent analysis and P&L monitoring as well as anticipation of R&O
- Manage the month-end financial closing process
- Accountable for P&L entries and source of change elements against comparable periods
- Partner with business leads to effectively support and measure the implementation of business strategies (Omnichannel strategy). Be an active contributor to the decision-making process
- Define and implement appropriate tools to assess the performance of the division (e.g; KPIs for the business, profitability evolution and drivers, management of A&P budgets)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in FP&A or corporate Finance on CPG, Luxury or Distribution industries
- Good understanding of Accounting – Auditing – Internal Control
- Retail and E-Commerce business experience is desirable
- Experience working with ERP (e.g: SAP, Oracle)
