Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and controls flydubai’s technical library management system by ensuring availability of valid documents.
- Controls subscription and renewal of technical documents from OEMs, suppliers and authorities.
- Administers Boeing’s myboeingfleet portal, Boeing maintenance performance toolbox program and CFMI portal for flydubai business users.
- Communicates with flydubai’s internal stakeholders, OEMs, suppliers and authorities to resolve issues related to flydubai fleet technical documents.
- Creates flydubai’s engineering procedures and amends existing engineering procedures to document any enhancement in the work process.
- Maintains record of technical data distributed to stakeholders for easy tracking.
- Liaises with internal stakeholders to conduct the annual review of engineering manuals, procedures and other documents to ensure that they are latest.
- Supports internal and external audits of flydubai technical library.
- Manages various projects related to flydubai technical library management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)
