Job Responsibilities
- Working on custom and syndicated solution offerings to clients.
- Creating reports for clients that require deliverables
- Deliver training to clients on how to use our platforms
- Identify opportunities to expand engagement with client by understand your clients research pain points
- Suggest other research offerings YouGov can assist from our suite of products and data services.
- Regularly check in with clients to maintain relationship
- Joining New business pitch calls for demonstrations of the tool to potential clients
Job Requirements
- Relevant Studies – (Business, Marketing, Market research, or related subjects)
- Experience in a performance-driven role from a media or communications agency preferably but would also consider brand marketing and insights team experience
- Knowledge and experience (3-5 years) of Business Development and Account Management/Subscription Sales ideally from the media, communications or research agency world
- Ability to uncover client research needs by asking the right questions
- Appropriate solution suggestion & proposal development and collaborative sales experience
- Excellent grasp of research methodologies and applications to suit client objectives
