Job Description:
One of the nation’s largest and fastest growing medical diagnostic companies is seeking multiple eager candidates to join their revenue cycle team. This person will be contacting insurance companies as well as physician offices regarding patients prior authorizations as well as reviewing a patient’s eligibility for services. This person will also be following up with insurance companies regarding denied insurance claims and filing appeals.
Responsibilities:
- What Is a Revenue Cycle Manager? As a revenue cycle manager,
- you manage patient billing and insurance claims for a medical facility.
- Your job duties include creating reports, analyzing data, identifying lost revenue,
- collecting payments, and implementing revenue cycle management (RCM) strategies to minimize losses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software.
- Proven experience in healthcare billing. Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
