Description:
As a Retail Performance Manager, you will analyze trends, formulate and deliver reports and standard dashboards to monitor the performance, and draw applicable and actionable short/medium-term action plans to drive and grow business. You will also be in constant interaction with key stakeholders including Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Training, Operations, CRM & Marketing, will work in close collaboration with the Retail Performance Director on sales forecasts, and provide Market Heads & Exco with insightful recommendations at the market, network, boutique, sales associate level.
