Description:
As HR BP, MENA, your key responsibility will be to provide strong HR partnering to a variety of our MENA functions – including MENA Distributor Sales, Early Life Nutrition (ELN), Kuwait, and Lebanon & our Regional Functions of Marketing, Digital, Product Management, CCSM (Customer Marketing), and Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be reporting directly to Regional HR Director and working closely with the regional HR Lead Team, our Regional Talent Acquisition, and our HR colleagues across 8 countries in the MENA region. The business environment is characterized by passion, a can-do attitude & high growth, and you will be joining a very diverse MENA HR and Admin team with colleagues from 14 different nationalities.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business. You have a good understanding of the HR domain mainly Organization development, Learning & development, and Performance Management coupled with a basic commercial understanding.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders – enabling you to become a trusted partner.
- Efficient communicator and facilitator, and you have an energetic and independent personality.
