Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Reception including ensuring that all visitors, clients and telephone callers have a positive impression of Majid Al Futtaim and are treated courteously and that all calls are answered professionally and promptly.
- To organise meetings and handle meeting rooms schedule accurately and promptly on a daily basis.
- To give both telephone callers and visitors a positive impression of Majid Al Futtaim by behaving in a professional and helpful manner
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy throughout the day by liaising with the Office Assistant.
