Job Responsibilities:
- Source new clients and growing the client base by generating leads through own network base
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Develop networks and cooperate with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
- Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates and to keep prospects database up to date.
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with the requirement of the client, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of experience as Real Estate Agent in UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
- Must have own car and a valid UAE driver’s license
- RERA Certification/RERA License is a mandate
