Job Responsibilities:
- Product Implementation Assist and provide support to relationship managers in the implementation of cash management products to ensure service levels are maintained and customer expectations met
- Customer Support Action and resolve customer queries and issues to ensure full support is provided to customers using cash management products
- Administration Create internal memos; customer letters and track/follow up on departmental documentation to support relationship managers in ensuring service standards; and internal policies
Job Requirements:
