Job Responsibilities:
- To assist & report Head of HF Oprs for Home Finance Portfolio Reports for AED 10B
- Review and Analyze of Stage 2 Completion – Mortgage Perfection
- Keep Update of Insurance expiries in master portfolio sheet and renew then yearly with ADNTC
- Create Daily & weekly reports to update, control and analysis on mortgage perfection – buy out perfection
- Monitoring of PDI [post disbursement Items] list and to ensure compliance of post-disbursement & deferred documents.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree with 4 years relevant experience preferably in MIS/ Real Estate.
- Good command of English (Speak & Write) – Good Computer knowledge.
