Oversee , monitor , control, prioritize and ensure the successful execution of Order Fulfilment Process Main responsibilities: Monitor & Control Order Fulfilment Process in WMS Prioritize Order Fulfilment per Order type and specify Loading place per Order Supervise & Coordinate Customer Service & Logistics team Communicate & Cooperate daily with Sales Team Compose Daily Reports with Order Fulfilments Stats Control & Monitor Customs Documentation Team Respond & investigate any customer complaint and escalate accordingly Responsible to keep, maintain & report order Fulfilment KPIs Meet Company & Personal KPI Targets Appraise Customer Service & Logistics Team performance Develop his team skills by directing, coaching, and training them Conduct Regular Meetings with his team Attend Ops Meetings Annual Leave Planning Resource Planning Communicates with Customs Authorities, Agents, Customers for issues arisen Reporting to: Warehouse Manager Subordinates: Team Leaders & Helpers Number required: 1 Duration:
Job Requirements:
High School or Degree Other certifications obtained: Supply chain certifications / Diploma is a plus Nature and length of previous experience: 2-4 years in the same role Automotive sector Worked for Spare parts general trading company. Specialist knowledge: Working Experience in Dubai/Jafza will be considered as a plus. Experience in leadership/supervision in previous job will be plus. Knowledge Of English Language. Knowledge of working with WMS systems will be a plus. Knowledge of Inventory/Packing/Picking /Dispatching process in previous job will be considered plus. Should be a able to speak in English. Should show a ”can do attitude” Should be approachable Gender Preference: Male Language Fluency: English Must Current Location: UAE
