Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of Merchandising Team and develop their skills to provide better service level that will support the sales process.
- Ensure the Perfect store execution at outlet level & Roll out Trade Marketing initiatives across the market.
- Monitoring MSL Implementation
- Ensure BDA visibility counterparts execution.
- Setting Monthly Route plan and ensure the route adherence and provide the daily field report
- Carry out all administrative activities related to the merchandising team (PPE, POSM, Health Cards etc);
- On the Job training and coaching to the team
