Responsibilities:
- Furthermore, conducting regular audits to ensure the HR department is in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- The role will also include liaising with the relevant stakeholders in implementation of systems to ensure they are aligned to business needs.
- Collaborating with the HR team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases, while recommending and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
- The successful Manager, HRIS & Compliance candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, be familiar with HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and goals.
- Ideally, you would also have previous experience working with SAP, have in-depth knowledge of HCM SuccessFactors Suite, ideally employee central, recruitment, onboarding, and performance & goals.
- Having extensive HR systems analytical and reporting skills is also essential to the role.
