Job Responsibilities:
- Support reengineering of existing business processes/systems/tools and support development and design of effective highly automated solutions.
- Coordinate between development team and users on WMS/eWMS/eShop practices and services.
- Collect user requirements, convert to BRD, co-ordinate with development team, functional testing of finished product & UAT
- Projects completed on time and UAT completed with sign off
- Project Management – ISO, TAPA, Policies & Procedures, RFP/RFQ/RFI – Suppliers and Customers, Trade Compliance
- Upon notification from compliance team, update blocked/blacklisted companies/countries in eSHOP
- Timely updation of Property details in Riskonnect in coordination with various Departments and assist the Compliance Team in screening process – Q219 disclosure every quarter..
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years. in Operations Industry – IT
- Experience in an international IT distribution environment or Logistics company is a plus.
- Proactive, with an eye for detail and an ability to make decisions and work without supervision
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Excellent MS Office Skills particularly Word, Excel, with knowledge of using ERP systems
