Description:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager who will develop and execute an investor relations strategic plan that supports Al Ansari Exchange’s growth strategy and strengthens the relationship between shareholders and the wider investment community.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations Management, preferably in a financial services firm listed in Dubai Financial Market (DFM) or Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)
- Must have excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal;bilingual speakers Arabic are preferred
- Must be up to date with regulators’ compliance requirements, including Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA), Central Bank of the UAE and relevant stock exchanges
- Must have sound knowledge of global reporting standards such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) etc.
