Job Responsibilities:
- Motivate and build confidence in the crews overall appearance and understanding of the image and uniform standards.
- Collaborate with the crew community to provide appropriate and personalised solutions.
- Ensure documentation of accurate records of each meeting including observed progress/outcomes are maintained.
- Review and resolve issues arising from queries and complaints. Communicate areas of concern or trends to the Uniform Standards and Development Manager/ Specialists.
Job Requirements:
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- In-Flight Service/In-flight Administration 1+ Year
- Certified in hair and/or makeup, and/or fitness and nutrition
- A minimum of 1 year experience in beauty (hair and/or makeup) and/or fitness and nutrition
