Description:
As a Human Resources Services Supervisor you will be responsible for the following key areas by taking ownership and assisting the HR Services Manager to ensure a high quality of service provided to our Team Members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee housing operations
- Assist the HR Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of housing facilities, including the safety and well-being of Team Members
- Evaluate Team Member satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including special food days in Team Member Restaurants, annual Team Member party, participate and drive Blue Energy related activities
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR role or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- An attention to details
- Strong communication skills
