Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team to respond to internal ad-hoc HR related inquiries for our colleagues in Jordan and Saudi Arabia
- Track all employee leaves including sick and maternity leave
- Support Talent Acquisition in our recruitment/hiring process and new joiner set-up
- Prepare for contingent worker onboarding
- Track new employee probation period and inform the managers
- Prepare letters for employees and authenticate in chamber of commerce if needed.
- Ensure that medical insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner, be a part of the medical insurance renewal process, and support in regular communication with employees in case of any issues with the insurance company
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major.
- Good organization & time management skills.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, an ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically, as well as having proactive problem-solving skills.
- Superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working to changing deadlines and paying attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
