Responsibilities
- Participate in new projects’ staffing meetings
- Manage all policies related to consultants, including modifications to the current one as and when needed
- Manage all HR tasks related to consultants and staff hiring
- Record attendance, holidays, vacations, leave with and w/o pay, track leave eligibility leaves already availed and balance of leaves
Requirements:
- A Graduate degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin
- Work experience with a professional organization is a must.
