Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with the various departments in HR to provide the data, analysis and insights required to deliver on strategic objectives, and enable decision making by the HR leadership team to be based on data and strong analysis.
- You will also prepare and deliver high quality reports/statistical analysis for presentations and other material on behalf of the HR function, as well as deliver and evolve integrated reporting to the business utilising all available data sources (Internal & External).
Requirements:
- The successful HR Business Analyst candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably have international experience.
- The ability to produce bespoke reporting and accurate narrative.
- You will also have strong experience working with and deploying HR data in MS Excel, have key skills with data analysis/advanced Excel and developing reports. Demonstratable project management skills are vital for this role.
