Description:
Has regional responsibility for managing innovation/new services and solutions (building blocks) pipeline based on market/customer needs. Is accountable for building block design and development on a regional level.
Ensures all standard services and solutions are effectively packaged and rolled out (including associated training programs) to facilitate effective marketing, selling, implementation and execution. Supports key sales pursuits primarily through leverage of existing capabilities but also through product innovation or customisation, where strategically required, to ensure differentiation and value creation to our existing and potential customers.
Defines the strategic direction for growth areas outside the current scope of the SCM product ensuring continued expansion of services and growth potential for the product. Leads or participates in customer or product specific development projects delivering new services or optimised operating platforms.
