JOB PURPOSE:
Provides specialist support and technical expertise to conduct, review and ensure all EGA’s jobs are analysed, described, and evaluated effectively and efficiently in line with the corporate policies and procedures so that the size of each job can be determined fairly and accurately as a basis for grading, reward and other purposes whilst supporting the design and implementation of a comprehensive reward framework ensuring that is internally equitable and externally competitive, in order to improve the attraction and retention of high performers and achieve the overall HC strategy for EGA.
Supporting Strategy Implementation
Supports the development and updating of the rewards framework and procedures in line with EGA’s policies and procedures.
Team Engagement
Budgeting and Financial Performance
Monitors the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensures all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.

Utilizes the latest of HR Technology and System to achieve the highest level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, by automation of key Organization Design areas such as, organization design, job descriptions, organization changes.
Recognition & Incentive Programs
Contributes to the development and regularly updates award programs including spot pay to recognise the significant achievements of meritorious employees and motivate them appropriately.
Coordination
Conducts regular interaction with HC BPs and business to provide analytical and specialist support.
Environment, Health & Safety
Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
Continuous Improvement
Participates in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Prepares sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet EGA and department requirements, policies, and quality standard

Thinking within clearly defined procedures, precedents, and objectives, under general direction. Subject to general direction and defined functional policy objectives. Actions which will impact other functional or operating areas usually require approval before they may be implemented.
