Manage and administer full range catering activities and services at Ras Laffan industrial City, Al Khor Housing Complex and Union Trust Tower Doha.
Ensure cost effective management of catering service contracts, selecting and recommending the best quality service contractors and overseeing the work carried out and performance of assigned staff.
Manage catering contract personnel and service providers to ensure that scope of work is followed and establish and renew Catering contracts as and when required.
Conduct operational and health & hygiene audits on Companies Onshore and Offshore catering operations for all locations.
Perform food and water safety tests at all Company catering locations.
Establish and implement Service Level Agreement for catering contract and associated services and also, assist Departments to establish SLAs for other services.
Participate in Task Risk Assessments (TRA’s) for all catering related activities (routine & maintenance shut downs).
Manage the performance of catering contractors and their assigned staff to ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures and QHSE standards including monitoring their hygiene standards related to food production, food service, customer service, presentation and cleanliness.
Conduct regular audits of kitchen and canteen areas to control hygienic standards of food handling and preparation processes to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
Monitor Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) including regular pest control at Ras Laffan and Al Khor canteens.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
HACCP certification is an advantage
8 years of relevant experience in large catering across various locations, preferably in a multinational organization.
