Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a coordinated and consistent filing system; ensure that all filing is up-to-date and in accordance with Document Control procedures.
• Coordinates the flow of documents between project team and other project stakeholders.
• Responsible for receiving, logging, and distributing all technical, administrative and vendor documents using the approved Document Management System.
• Maintaining all tracking records and ensuring that they are updated.
• Prepare the status reports of the incoming and outgoing documents on weekly and monthly basis.
• Supports the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of documents using standard document management system to register documents, maintain and update logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
• Handle the archived and retrieval of documents as directed and able to retrieve documents data quickly and efficiently when needed.
• Handle closeout and documentation handover to client.
• Performs other duties as requested from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of work-related experience.
• Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
• In -depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures such as registration, monitoring, coordination, Reporting, handing over of documents to client and archiving.
• Able to Automate processes around data handling, conversion, and querying.
