Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth implementation of the SAP system for all digital tools with the right quality
- Understand the current and to-be flows and processes to ensure that business requirements are met for across markets, functions and Maisons
- Conduct exhaustive tests in coordination with all functions and Maisons for all key user testing cycles
