Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, analyses and surfaces insights to drive customer/visitor engagement, including: KPI deep dives, behavioral clustering, content affinity analysis, customer journey analytics – Use SQL to find insights from customer shopping behavior from Google Big Query.
- Queries and analyzes complex data sets using DAMAC group’s data collection, tools, and technologies using both standard and innovative methodologies in order to develop actionable insights employing best practices in digital analytics.
- Help develop personalized Customer Segmentation strategies.
- Own the Data Integration of different Digital Marketing tools in Database using multiple APIs and use ETL techniques to process the data.
- Synthesizes complex reporting and analysis results into easy-to-consume executive level presentations to drive business change and return on investment.
- Facilitates data democratization through the design and delivery of data visualizations (Power BI).
- Leads day-to-day collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders throughout the organization to cultivate relationships, define business problems, develop analytic plans, develop insights, and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Run experiments and deliver business cases to management derived from data insights
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- App based analytics or marketing analytics experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in several visualization tools such as PowerBI supporting data dashboarding and reporting.
- Proficient in various statistical programming languages is a must, such as R/Python/SQL, etc.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and/or insights.
- Strong data analysis methodologies, interpretation, data visualization, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Online marketing including different marketing channels and their tactics.
- Experience in at least one advanced analytical area including Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, Clustering, and Machine Learning.
