Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve defined Key Performance Indicator Targets
- Inbound and Outbound system functionality
- Inbound and Outbound documentation
- Reporting – warehouse stats, last mile delivery reports, sales space capacity, inventory stats and data analysis
- Managing all the customer inquiries
- Inventory control – PI counts and subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks and quarantine products
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-year experience in similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a must)
- Good analytical skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management System
- Knowledge of customs documentation process
