Job Requirements:

§ Drive the implementation of the growth strategy credit solutions division of the company.

§ Management duties and responsibilities will be to focus credit solutions as a product to maximize sales growth and retention of business.

§ To build the the companys brand within the trade credit industry and the ensuring brand awareness.

§ To ensure that the the companys credit solutions competes on an equal footing in the Credit Insurance marketplace across all major product lines and on offerings in the market.

§ Oversee and manage a sales team to achieve the unit’s business objectives through a formulated and effective sales plan.

§ Liaising with clients and insurers for training, process mapping and in the event of claims ensuring quick turnaround as per policy guidelines.

§ Build effective client relationships and maximize cross-selling revenues and client profitability while providing effective client support and relationship development.
