Description:
- Progress escalations with Contractors to resolution or escalate as required to the Management Team
- Provide reports following projects progress and commercial position, for inclusion in monthly reporting
- Review and report on-going performance of projects
- Identification of works which require an on-sight audit
- Facilitate supplier payments
Job Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in similar role
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the business at all levels
- Able to operate with integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
