Description:
He / She is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the markets and enhance market performance. He / She is responsible of building and maintaining excellent relations with key retailers and distributors. He / She is responsible for sales objective achievement and outstanding omnichannel client experience across the retail network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the yearly strategic plan for the networks
- Define the Distribution and Retail roadmap for the next 3 years
- Prepare, with Commercial Team, the yearly budget
- Monitor the yearly budget and control expenditure to ensure optimal use, including insuring a healthy stock action plan
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years’ Commercial and Retail Middle East experience, of which 6 in a managerial role
- In-depth market knowledge (distribution, retail, customers, competition, etc.…)
- BA Degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
