Job Responsibilities:
- Receive cash deposits from front end counters on daily basis, verify the receipts in system and maintain cash reconciliation on daily basis
- Verification of Hertz PRO Credit card claims (cards being used for vehicle registration renewal, payment of fines and other governmental related payments, onwards submission of claims post verification
- Maintain list of IOUs maintained at various locations – control, follow up and getting receipts / bills on timely basis
- Responsible for PDC (Post Dated cheques) management (received from customers) including reconciliation, safe custody and deposits on respective dates with banks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce/ Accounting .
- Experience in Cash Management in Automotive .
- Experience in Financial services .
- Rental and leasing industry Knowledge .
