Job Description
- Ensure proper communication and support to all sectors and organizations regarding the implementation of knowledge management concepts and practices in their departments
- Ensure effective implementation of knowledge management concepts, methodologies and practices in RTA sectors and institutions
Provide direct support to all department events and ensure that all relevant issues are properly addressed, dealt with and dealt with - Analyze knowledge management results and KPIs and highlight challenges and areas for improvement
- Ensure effective follow-up and implementation of all recommendations of the department’s reports in coordination with all relevant institutions and sectors
Requirements:
- Six years of working experience
- Quantitative and statistical skills to review and present data in a form usable by line managers and decision makers
