Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of existing authorized vendor (AV) and potential other customers in Midde East Region
- Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix)
- Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customers
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
- Information gathering about competitors & market trends
- Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user
- Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development
- Increases numeric and weighted distribution
- Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users
