Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic project and program initiatives with customers in the United Kingdom & Ireland and Nordic & Baltic divisions
- Own the delivery of solutions after the sale has completed by initiating and driving the implementation process. Maintain a workplan identifying responsibilities, deliverables and processes that must be executed to achieve results.
- Document and steer specific milestones and act as key point of contact with customer and sales team.
Requirements:
- Significant experience and excellent track record in effectively and successfully managing multiple deliverables as part of large and complex projects and programmes gained within a corporate environment
- Solid working knowledge of the card payment industry, banking operations and business practices with a strong focus on credit and debit cards (issuing and acquiring)
- Understanding of payments products and services, including digital and mobile payments and ecommerce is a definite asset
